MEDITATION and reiki

Reiki is a form of energy healing that involves a practitioner gently placing their hands on or near a person’s body to channel healing energy. It aims to balance the body’s energy, reduce stress, and promote physical and emotional well-being.

Different forms of meditation and relaxation include guided relaxation, mindfulness meditation, Transcendental Meditation (TM), conscious breathing, and more. The goal is to help you discover which approach resonates most with you, empowering you to practice independently, anytime and anywhere.


The sessions focus on:


  • Guided Relaxation: Directing attention to relax each part of the body, promoting deep rejuvenation at the cellular level.
  • Mindfulness Meditation: Cultivating awareness of the present moment with visualization techniques and without judgment.
  • Transcendental Meditation (TM): Repeating a mantra or word effortlessly, allowing you to reach a profound state of relaxation and awareness.
  • Conscious Breathing: Focusing on the movement and sensation of your breath, naturally expanding and deepening your breathing.
  • Unconditional Acceptance Meditation: Embracing true sincerity and fully accepting the present moment as it is.

I often encounter individuals who claim they are unable to meditate. I understand that many of us have experienced the feeling of 'I can't stop thinking' or 'I don't have the time.'
